A dedicated remedial massage therapist and sports trainer, Sharon is passionate about helping clients move better, recover faster, and perform at their best.

With a strong focus on injury management and rehabilitation, Sharon combines hands-on therapeutic techniques to aid in the physical and mental support of her patients, and recovery towards long-term physical health.

Sharon works with a wide variety of clients, ranging from the general public to athletes striving toward peak performance. She also works closely with individuals managing chronic pain or recovering from injury.  Her sessions are tailored to meet individual needs, embracing a holistic approach that not only addresses surface-level symptoms, but also their potential underlying causes. Further, Sharon constantly aims to improve client’s mobility and overall well-being through her treatment.

Working as a remedial sports massage therapist with the Adelaide Football Club and South Australian Cricket Association has been a highlight of her massage journey, and has given Sharon a unique insight of how massage can enhance the general well-being and recovery of athletes at an elite level.

When Sharon is not in working in clinic, she incorporates her love of Australian Rules Football with her work as an accredited sports trainer and first-aid responder for a community based team in the SA Amateur Football League and other sporting organisations. Sharon also fills her time working at large-scale sporting events around Adelaide, namely the Tour Down Under and the Adelaide Equestrian Festival.  Working with athletes at all levels, Sharon has gained specialised knowledge of sports and soft tissue injuries through hands-on experience. Through this, she has developed a clear understanding of how remedial, sports and relaxation massage can aid in athletes physical and mental fitness, rehabilitation and recovery.

Committed to ongoing learning and evidence-based practice, Sharon is a member of the Massage and Myotherapy Association and stays up to date with the latest developments in remedial therapies and rehabilitation. Her goal is simple: to empower every client with the knowledge, treatment, and support needed to promote lasting results, move confidently, and live a healthy and active lifestyle.

You will find Sharon also working as our friendly front-of-house receptionist catering to our clientele. As a long-time Fulham Gardens local, she has a rich understanding of our community and their Allied Health needs.
