Our Team
Andres Nieto
Andres has experience in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation, with a particular interest in running, cycling and endurance sports. A former competitive triathlete who remains an active runner and cyclist, he understands the demands of returning to training after injury. Andres uses exercise-based rehabilitation and progressive loading to create practical plans suited to each patient’s goals and lifestyle.
Particular interests: Sports and running injuries, tendinopathy, cycling and triathlon injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Adrian Primerano
Adrian has more than 13 years of physiotherapy experience and has worked with Hockey SA, football clinics and local sporting teams. His background in competitive kickboxing and Muay Thai gives him firsthand insight into the demands of sport, training and recovery. Adrian takes a practical approach to helping patients manage injuries and return confidently to sport, exercise and everyday activity.
Particular interests: Running injuries, knee and ankle injuries, adolescent sporting injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
