440 Tapleys Hill Road, Fulham Gardens
Physio built around your goalsWhether you’re dealing with pain, recovering from an injury, or finding it harder to stay active, we’ll assess what’s going on and develop a clear rehabilitation plan around the activities and goals that matter to you.
-
We take the time to understand your injury, symptoms and goals. Where clinically appropriate, we may also use objective testing technology, including force plates and handheld strength testing, to measure strength, power and side-to-side differences and help guide your rehabilitation.
-
We’ll bring everything together into a clear rehabilitation plan outlining your goals, the measures we’ll use to track progress, your exercises, expected timeframes and the next steps along the way. You’ll understand what you’re working towards and how we’ll assess your progress.
-
Where appropriate, your rehabilitation can progress from the treatment room into our on-site rehabilitation gym. This allows us to build strength, capacity and confidence using equipment and exercises matched to the demands of your sport, training, work or everyday life.
