Novar Sports Physio in Fulham Gardens

What to expect at your first sports physio appointment

1. We understand your injury and goals

We’ll discuss what happened, what training or activities are affected and what you want to get back to. Your physiotherapist will then complete a relevant physical assessment based on your injury and goals.

2. We assess what’s limiting you

We’ll explain what we find in clear language, what may be contributing to the problem and what that means for your rehabilitation.

3. You leave with a clear plan

We’ll outline the recommended next steps and, where appropriate, begin treatment or provide exercises to get your rehabilitation started.
