Dry Needling Therapy
Dry needling is a great way to help release tight muscles, ease pain, and improve movement. It targets trigger points using fine needles to get deep into the muscle and reset it—kind of like hitting the refresh button for your body.
It’s quick, effective, and can be included as part of your treatment or booked on its own depending on what you need.
